Description | PETITION (contemporary copy) of the burgesses and freeholders of the Manor of FRODESHAM [Frodsham] to H.M. Privy Council, concerning the liberties of the Manor, with a note of their particular rights and grievances annexed, viz.
1) the right to herbage in Frodsham Marches from Michaelmas to Lady day. 2) & 3) the right to take sluch, marl, stone and turf from Frodsham commons and wastes. 4) complaint of unreasonable amercements. 5) the right to liberty of fowling and fishing. 6) complaint about the failure to maintain the sea banks. 7) complaint about damage caused by rabbits from the warren.
