Description	GRANT in fee by Adam Baret de Frodesham to Henry Dyer (tinctor), of a half burgage lying in FRODESHAM [Frodsham] on (Ru)crof between the land of Robert Pathet and the land of Richard Spalding. Cons. 30/- in silver. Witnesses: John de Thornham, then bailiff of Frodesham, John son of Walter, Robert his brother, Nicholas son of Peter, William son of Margery, Nicholas the clerk. Given at Frodesham on the Monday next after the day of the Apostles Peter and Paul, 1317. Seal missing from tag. Parchment.
