Thomas Viscount Savage, counsellor and Chancellor to the Queen, to Richard Smith of the Church Streete in the town of Frodsham --- a messuage and tenement with appurtenances in FRODSHAM, 5 beast gates in a certain pasture called Synnipole pasture in FRODSHAM lately allotted to the said messuage, and 1 acre of meadow lying in a parcel of land called Cole Meadow, now/late in possession of Richard Baker of Overton, yeoman; for lives of the said Richard Smith, Richard Smith his son and Alice Smith his daughter, at an annual rent of 12/8, heriot of best beast or good or £3. Cons. surrender of 2 former leases of 7. Dec. 1596 and 6. Sept. 1611, and £30. Seal, stitched in linen bag. Parchment.
