John Witter called the cow pasture, the Higher Little Marsh, ½ acre in the Cole Meadow, ½ acre in the Overhey Meadow, ½ acre in the Miccle Meadow, 3 cowgates in the great Synnipoole, 2 cowgates in the Rapdowes and 5 cowgates in the Little Marsh, with burgage or parcel of land in Shippstreete in FRADSHAM adjoining the Mansion house of the sd. John Witter; for lived of the sd. John Witter, Elizabeth his wife and Elizabeth their daughter, at an annual rent of 18/7½ for the sd. lands and 12d. for the sd. burgage, 2 rent hens or 12d. and heriot of best beast or good or £5.
