John Banner, Josiah Cooke and Samuel Cooke his brother, at an annual rent of 6/8, 1 rent hen and 33/4. Cons. Surrender of former lease of premises to Josiah Cooke, and inconsideration of the exchange of 6 beast gates in a parcel of land called the Holes for 2½ acres in a parcel of land called the 9 acres.
