Witnesses: Bartholomew de Norwerhey, then bailiff of Frodesham, Nicholas de Ponte, Robert de Netherton, Robert son of Richard de Frodesham, Richard Skinner, William de Clufton, Thomas son of Philip, Richard son of Philip, clerk. Given at Frodesham the Wednesday next before the feast of the Translation of St. Thomas the Apostle, 1346. Seal missing from tag. Parchment.
