William Crooke on the backside of his messuage; for lives of the sd. William Crooke and Thomas Crooke and William Crooke his sons, at an annual rent of 7/5, heriot of best beast or good or 40/- and 1 rent hen or 6d. Cons. Surrender of former lease and £36-10-0.
