Robert Earl of Oxford and Earl Mortimer to Heath Hyde of Frodsham, gentleman --- of the close or great pasture in FRODSHAM cd. the Twyne alias Tween Mills, heretofore leased to Richard Cratchley and Robert Gammon of Frodsham, afterwards in the tenure of William. Hyde, gentleman., deceased, and now of the sd. Heath Hyde, with a close heretofore parcel of a pasture in FRODSHAM cd. Rapdowes and 2 acres of meadow in Cole Meadow, late in the possession of William. Hyde and now of Heath Hyde, reserving to the sd. Earl right of way from the land cd. Busy poole through the Tween Mills, for lives of the sd. Heath Hyde, Margarett now wife of Cornelius Hignett of the city of Chester, gentleman., and Mary daughter of the lessee, at annual rent of 18/7½ and heriot of 40/-. Cons.
