Richard Stretch, with 1 Flatt or parcel of land in the Town fields in FRODSHAM cd. the Shipp Field cntng. ¾ a. of arable land and the yard adjoining a yard late Peels in FRODSHAM, with the barn thereon erected, with liberty to get marl; for lives of the sd. Richard Stretch, Joseph Stretch and Thomas Middleton, son of Gilbert Middleton of Stockton Heath, at annual rent of 22/6, 2 rent capons or 2/- and heriot of best beast or good or 5 marks. Cons.
