Botts Tenement and now in the holding of the sd. Thomas Runkorne, with 4 cowgates in Synnypoole pasture and 2 beastgates in a pasture cd. Rapdolls; for lives of Mary, late wife of Robert Hatton and afterwards of John Johnson of Ince, Robert Hatton the son and the sd. Thomas Runkorne, at annual rent of £1-11-0, 1 rent capon or 12d. and heriot of best beast or good or 5 marks. Cons. Surrender of former lease (no. DCH/F/299) and £30-2-8.
