William Banner, and 3 cowgates in the gt. pasture cd. Synipoole; to hold from deaths of Richard Banner and Margret now wife of John Cross, son and daughter of the sd. John Banner deceased, the 2 surviving lives in a former lease (10. Sept. 1699) to the sd. John Banner, for life of the sd. William Banner, at annual rent of 8/3½, 1 rent hen or 6d. and heriot of best beast or good or 40/-. Cons. £10-15. Seal: Red, armorial. Parchment.
