Description	GRANT by William Pynk to David his son and his heirs, of a half burgage with 1 rood of arable land in the township and fields of FRODESHAM [Frodsham], whereof the half burgage is situated in Ricrofte between the tenement of Richard Spalding and the tenement of the said William and the said rood lies in the field called Staindelf between the land of William son of Margery and the land of John son of Henry son of Dyot. Witnesses: Robert de Frodesham, John de Ruggeley, then bailiff of the Manor of Frodesham, Henry son of Walter, Walter son of Nicholas de Ponte, Henry Wit(or), Robert Pynk, clerk. Given at Frodesham the Monday next after Pentecost, 7 Edward III. Seal missing from tag. Parchment.
