Daniel Ashleys other Sinipoole late Banners ½ acre in the Butty Miccle Meadow, ½ acre in the Over Hey Meadow and ½ acre on the N. side of the Butty Coal Meadow, all in FRODSHAM, heretofore cd. Witters or Cooleys, lately in possession of Thomas Helsbie deceased and now of sd. Daniel Ashley, cntng. in the whole 12 acres (Cheshire measure); for lives of sd. Daniel Ashley, Elizabeth his daughter and Deborah Woods, at annual rent of 18/7½, 2 rent hens or 2/- and heriot of best beast or good or £5. Cons.
