James Cholmondeley of Rocksavage [Rock Savage] Esq. to Elizabeth Harrison of Frodsham, widow --- all that ground being the Four Corners of the Court House in FRODSHAM, whereof 1 corner was built, with liberty to build and erect the other 3 corners for shops or otherwise; for lives of William Banner, Elizabeth Banner and Elizabeth Harrison daughter of the lessee, at annual rent of 2/-, heriot of best beast or good or 10/-.
