Description	GRANT by Richard son of Richard Carpenter to Robert de Frodesham, of half of one place of land called schirnsmedow. Witnesses: John de Burnham, then bailiff of the Manor of Frodesham [Frodsham], Henry Torfot, Robert son of Henry, William de Frodesham, Robert the clerk. Given at Frodesham, the Friday next after the feast of St. Chad, 1349. Seal missing from tag. Parchment.
