Description | GRANT in fee by Alice daughter of Nicholas son of Randle de Frodesham to Henry son of Roger Torfote, of a moiety of a half burgage with the moiety of a certain room (domus) built above the said half burgage, viz. that half which lies nearest the half burgage of William de Weston, and the moiety of 1 perch of land with the moiety of a certain intake lying on Stanidelf, and the moiety of all such right as shall happen after the death of William brother of the grantor.
