Description	QUITCLAIM by Richard son of John le Porter to Henry Torfot, of his right and claim in 1 burgage and croft in FRODESHAM [Frodsham] which Anilia formerly wife of John le Porter his mother and Robert son of Geoffrey son of John de Bernton gave him. Given at Frodesham the Friday in the feast of the translation of St. Thomas, 1378. Seal, missing from tag. Parchment.
