Description | GRANT by William de Steresacre, chaplain, to Henry Torfot, for life, of 1½ acres in the fields of FRODESHAM [Frodsham] with appurtenances, the said acre lying in le Bothum and called le longacre and the ½ acre lying on le longfeld between the land of Peter le Roter and the land of Thomas de Plumton, with 1 acre of meadow in Whatmore in a small meadow next schyresmedowe and 3 parts of a burgage with the intakes adjoining and 1¼ acres in the fields of FRODESHAM, whereof the 3 parts of the burgage with intakes lie between the tenement of Robert Jackesson Kyttesson and parcel of the said burgage being in the tenure of Richard de Bruggehouse, and ½ acre lies in le Bothum next to le longacre, ½ acre lies in le schippefeld butting on Bosypull and ¼ acre lies at Smalbrokeshed; to hold to the said Henry for life, remainder to Thomas Torfot and his heirs, remainder to Robert Torfot and his heirs, remainder to Roger Torfot and his heirs, remainder to the right heirs of the said Henry.
