Lordship Marsh, 3 closes, whereof 2 are the Starfoot Heys and the third the Short Flatt, a parcel of land in FRODSHAM Field called Three Quarters, and 1½ acres of Marsh land on the North side of Holepoole pasture (except 2 fields in OVERTON cd. the Five Cross Fields alias Old hey and little marled hey, and 2 other parcels in FRODSHAM Townfield, 1 in the Moisthill and the other in the Long field); to hold after the death of John Cooke of Bold (Co. Lancs), surviving lease (no. DCH/F/596), for lives of Mary Garside daughter of James Garside the younger of Crowson, yeoman, deceased, and Mary Knowls daughter of William Knowls of Overton, shoemaker, at annual rent of £1-17-0, 2 rent capons or 2/- and heriot of best beast or good or £7.
