Lordship Marsh and closes in FRADSHAM cd. Hollpoole Heyes, late in occupation of sd. John Smith. with liberty to make 1 pool stead, dam or water pool for holding water for use of the sd. mill in a place cd. deadmans such within Manors of FRADSHAM and KINGSLEY and to take sods and earth from the commons or waste for making and preserving the same; for lives of Richard Banner, son of the lessee, and William Ince son of William Ince of Netherton and Thomas Boulton of Norton, yeoman, at annual rent of 28/4½ and heriot of best beast or good of £4.
