James Cholmondeley of Rocksavage [Rock Savage] Esq. to William Hurstfield of Bradley, miller --- a water corn mill in BRADLEY with a cottage or small dwelling house belonging or adjoining thereto now in possession of the sd. William Hurstfield, with liberty to erect and build another mill below the higher pool on the ground he purchased from Mary Pigott and to make a poolstead or dam for holding and keeping water for use of the sd. mill in a place cd. Deadmans suck within the Manor of FRODSHAM and KINGSLEY and to take sods on the commons or waste for making and preserving the same; for lives of sd. William Hurstfield, and Laurence and William Hurstfield, his sons, at annual rent of £1-1-0. Cons. Surrender of former lease (no. DCH/F/846) and £5. Seal: Red, a wyvern. Parchment.
