DescriptionBILL, ANSWERS & DEPOSITIONS (Copy) in Court of Requests cause between John Greene, clerk, administrator of Edward Wymarke Esq., plaintiff, and John Lord Viscount Savage, Elizabeth Viscountess Savage, John Minshall, John Werden, William Alcock and Humfrey Noy, defendants, concerning an alleged debt of £3,000 owing to the late Thomas Lord Viscount Savage, father of the defendant, to the sd. Edward Wymarke. The plaintiff claims that the sd. Minshall, Werden and Alcock failed to fulfil the trusts of a conveyance of July 1632 made to them by the sd. Thomas Viscount Savage of the Manors of KINGLEY [Kingsley], SHIPBROOKE [Shipbrook], BOSTOCK, LEFTWICH and OCCLESTON [Occlestone], 1/6 Barony of NAMPTWICH [Nantwich], advowsons of ALPHETON and STANDSTEED (Co. Suffolk) and lands in LISTON and BERELEY (co. Essex), for payment of debts. The feoffees state that they later disclaimed any right or interest in the trust.
