DescriptionGRANT by William Launcelin to John son of John de Aula of Kyngislegh [Kingsley], his heirs and assigns, of 6½ acres of the waste land in the fee of KYNGISLEGH lying in the lower wood towards CROUTON [Crowton] next to that place of the waste land which Richard brother of William Gerard holds of the sd. William, as it is appropriated to him by ditches and bounds, the sd. 6½ acres lying in breadth at one and next to the way leading to Crouton and in length beginning from the sd. way leading to Crouton and thus following to the top of the wood, with housebot and haybot and liberty to take marl where it is most convenient in the waste, and with free entry and exit and liberty to build wherever they want on the sd. 6 acres, at annual rent of 3/- in silver at the feast of St. John the Baptist and St. Martin in equal portions.
