DescriptionLEASE (counterpart) for 3 lives in reversion by Rt. Hon. James Earl of Barrymore to David Alcock of Runcorne [Runcorn], yeoman --- a messuage with appurtenances in RUNCORN late in the possession of John Halcock and now of the said David Alcock and a ½ acre of land in the Great field in RUNCORNE called the higher hurst; to hold after the respective deaths of the said John Alcock and Anne his wife, the 2 surviving lives in a former lease of the premises to John Alcock - the 3rd life, George Alcock, having died before 19. July 1729 and the legal estate in the premises having come to the said David Alcock, for the life of Jonathan Alcock son of David Alcock, at an annual rent of 11/8 and a heriot of the best beast or good or 5 marks.
