James Cholmondeley of Rocksavage [Rock Savage] esq., to George Blount of Abingdon Buildings in the liberty of Westminster, esq. --- premises as above nos. DCH/E/361 and 379; on trust to pay the said James Cholmondeley the sum of £5,633-17-10 and interest, and thereafter, as to 2 parcels of ground at FRODSHAM and a warehouse built thereon, in trust to attend the inheritance vested in the heirs or assigns of James Earl of Barrymore, and as to the other premises, in trust to attend and be subservient to the uses declared in the settlement of 8. Sept., 1738 and 24. and 25. Aug., 1742. Seals: Red, 3, armorial. Parchment. Endorsed: ASSIGNMENT by Stephen Leeke of the city of Chester, gentleman, administrator of George Pitt especially appointed to assign the residue of the term of 1,000 years within mentioned, on the application of George James Earl Cholmondeley, administrator of Lt. General James Cholmondeley deceased, to George Blount. 27. Feb., 1788.
