Description	LETTER OF ATTORNEY by Geoffrey de Bredbury to John del Wode, to deliver seisin to the lord Richard del Wode, chaplain, in all the lands and tenements in the township of HALTON and CLYFTON [Clifton], as more fully contained in the original deed (no. DCH/E/278). Given at Halton, the Saturday next after the feast of St. Hilary, 1 Richard II. Seal missing from tongue. Parchment.
