Includes copy of award made by Sir William Stanley between John Massey, abbot of Combermere and the reeves of Acton church, 22 Feb. 1536 with transcript of deed of 1 Sep. 1465, relating to messuage at Acton and saltworks in Woodstrete, Wych Malbank; inspeximus of 12 Jul. 1438 relating to lands in barony of Wych Malbank; exemplification of common recovery of 9 Apr. 1634 relating to land in manor of Wych Malbank [last two documents have seal of Palatinate appended].
