[1] Party 1, Thomas, son of Richard Smyth de Medio Wyco [Middlewich], [2] has remised, relaxed and entirely quitclaimed to Party 2, Richard, son and heir of Thomas de [3] Golburne [Golborne], Elizabeth, daughter and heir of Margaret de Henhull, Elen, daughter and heir of Alice de Henhull and Matilda, daughter and heir of Tybot [4] de Henhull, their heirs and assigns, his entire right and claim which he holds, held or in any way could hold in future in the manor of [5] Henhull with all its appurtenances, that neither he, nor his heirs, nor anyone in his name [6] may henceforth claim or exact any right or claim on the said manor with all its appurtenances, nor on any parcel of the same [7] but from all suit of right thereby be excluded in perpetuity by the presents.
