Description | Quitclaim of Manor of Henhull 19 February 1449 Latin 9 1/2 x 5 [1] Party 1, Thomas, son of Richard Smyth de Medio Wyco [Middlewich], [2] has remised, relaxed and quitclaimed to party 2, Richard, son and heir of Thomas de [3] Golburne [Golborne], Elizabeth, daughter and heir of Margaret de Henhull, Ellen, daughter and heir of Alice de Henhull, and Matilda, daughter and heir of Tybot de [4] Henhull, their heirs and assigns, his entire right and claim which he holds, held, or in any way in future could hold in the manor of [5] Henhull with all their appurtenances, so that neither party 1, nor his heirs or anyone else in his name [6] may henceforth claim or demand any right or claim on the said manor with all their appurtenances, nor on any parcel of the same, [7] but be excluded from all suit of right in perpetuity by the presents.
