Description | Quitclaim of all lands and tenements parcel of Manor of Henhull 2 April 1449 Latin 11 1/2 x 3
[1] Party 1, Thomas, son of Richard Smyth de Medio Wico [Middlewich], [2-4] has remised, relaxed, and entirely quitclaimed for himself and his heirs in perpetuity to party 2, Richard, son and heir of Thomas de Golburne [Golborne], his heirs and assigns his entire right and claim which he holds, held or in any way could hold in the future in all those lands and tenements with their appurtenances as parcels of the manor of Henhull which were formerly in the possession of the said Thomas de Golburne, father of the said Richard. [4-6] So that neither he, the said Thomas, son of the said Richard Smyth, nor his heirs, nor anyone else in his name may henceforth in the future exact or demand any right or claim on the said lands and tenements with their appurtenances at parcels of the said manor of Henhull as aforesaid, but be excluded from all suit of right and claim by the presents. [9-10]Given on the second day of April in the twenty seventh year of the reign of King Henry VI. [11-12] Enrolled before the justice of the lord King of Chester at the county court held there on Tuesday in the fifth week of Quadragesima in the twenty seventh year of the reign of King Henry VI.
