Broome deceased, at rent of £22. p.a., with 2 Rent hens at Shrovetide and 2 Capons at Easter yearly as well as planting 2 oak, ash or poplar trees yearly, ---- messuage or tenement in BICKLEY now in tenure of Thomas Leech with its lands called The House Croft, The Barne Croft, The Orchard Croft, The three Keay Fields, The Broomey Field, The Horse Meadow, The Moore, The Well Field, The Fall Field, and Croft, The Middle Field, The Two Long Crofts, The Gorstey Hill Field, The Rough Piece, Wicksteads Rough Piece, the Milking bank, the Wood, the Ridding and the Lane leading from said messuage to Gorsty Hill as now enclosed, with all houses, etc., & appurts.
