Description | GRANT in fee by Wyon, son of David de Holes, to Robert de Bulkileg, his heirs or assigns, for homage and service, of all the land with appurtenances which David, grantor's father, held in the vill of NORTBUR' [Northbury] and all the right which he had or ought to have had in the same vill, i.e., 25 acres of land with the appurtenances within these boundaries, i.e., between WENNESLEG' [Wensley] and the vill of NORTBUR' by the consent and agreement of grantor's brothers William, Henry and Madoc; to be held in fee and inheritance, freely, quietly, well, peacefully, etc., etc.; at yearly rent of 1d. at the Nat. of St. John Baptist for all services and secular exactions pertaining to the said land with appurtenances.
