| Description | GRANT in fee by Thomas Hynton of Hynton [Hinton] and George Masey, Rector of Copenhall, to Hugh Sparro, his heirs and assigns, of the moiety of one messuage with appurtenances and the moiety of of the lands and tenements adjacent to the said messuage in NORBURY in a place called le hurst grene next to MERBURY [Marbury] now in tenure of David Itholl, which messuage with all the lands adjacent were lately recovered against William Cooper and his wife before the Justice of Chester at Chester by fine levied to the use of Richard Cholmondeley of Cholmondeley, esq., deceased, and Richard Sparro, father of the said Hugh, their heirs and assigns; to be held of the chief lord of that fee by service, etc. Thomas Bromley of Norbury and Richard Dannyell are appointed attorneys to deliver seisin.
