May) A.D. 1259; to be held of the lessor and his heirs freely quietly, well, in peace and wholly with all the liberties and easements pertaining to the said land; at yearly rent of one pair of gloves at the Assumption of the blessed Mary for all services, customary exactions and demands except foreign service pertaining to the said land.
