Description | ARTICLES of AGREEMENT by Hugh, Viscount Cholmondeley, etc., with (2) William Boycott of Boycott, John Mooreton of Ellerton and Richard Corfield of Harley, all in Salop, gentlemen, for the cording of all the Cordwood that the Viscount shall order to be laid down in Hanley Parke, NORBURY, in tenure of Mrs. Anne Eddowes, widow, and in another tenement there in tenure of Henry Weaver, for one year from 29. Sep. last past, and for (2) above to have until 29. Sep. 1701 to cole and take away the said wood. The Viscount to at the charge of laying down the cordwood and (2) above for the cutting and cording the same and to pay the Viscount 7/6 for every cord of wood corded. The said wood to be four feet by four feet by eight feet each cord and to be corded in four feet lengths. Other details concerning the work are given. Counterpart. 3 signatures.
