Warwick), gentleman, and Ellen his wife to Joseph Jackson of Nantwich, gentleman --- a messuage, farm or tenement with appurtenances in HATHERTON commonly called the Hill Field Tenement or Farm, heretofore in the tenure of Benjamin Wright, gentleman, since deceased, but now/late of Richard Dobson, and closes in HATHERTON belonging to the said messuage called the Leg and Foot, the Cobhey Field, the Holt, the Barn Meadow, the Long Field, the Clover Field, the Big Field, the Nearer Broom Hey, the Further Broom Hey, the Intack, the little Intack before the House and the Weever Meadow, heretofore also in the tenure of the said Benjamin Wright, but now/late of the said Richard Dobson, and another messuage in HATHERTON heretofore in the possession of the said Benjamin Wright and after of Ambrose Sparrow, gentleman, since deceased, and John Booth, but lately of Mrs. Sparrow, widow of the said Ambrose, and the said John Booth, and another close of the said Francis Coales in HATHERTON belonging to the said last mentioned messuage formerly called Crime's and afterwards Slade's Meadow and now commonly called Pace's Croft or Meadow, heretofore also in the tenure of the said Benjamin Wright, afterwards of the said Ambrose Sparrow but lately of the said Mrs. Sparrow.
