William Barnett, except a small part thereof now fenced thereout for a garden, being parcel of premises as above (no. DDB/A/F/18), and 2 other closes in the Lordship of HASLINGTON called the Ropes Field and Ropes Yard or Meadow containing together 12 acres 2 roods 8 perches, also now/late in the occupation of the said William Barnett. Cons. £1,000.
