Title	Memos and correspondence concerning the impact of the Town and Country Planning Scheme on the Oulton Park Estate, together with explanatory map

Description	Ordnance Survey 1911 edition map titled 'Estate No. 3 South' around Little Budworth shows the estate with hand drawn coloured zones and a key. Scale six inches to one mile. Memos and correspondence dated July, October and November 1933, concerning the preparation of a Town and Country Planning Scheme. Also contains a booklet for 'Town and Country Planning in Mid Cheshire (Region No. 3) with the object of promoting Convenience, Health and Amenity within the Region'.
