| Administrative History | David Williams & Co was a wine and spirit merchant, importer and exporter of water, malster and brewers agent, tobacco & cigar manufacturers and hotel keepers. The company was incorporated in 1913, with registered offices at 334 High St, Bangor. Control of the company passed to Greenall Whitley in 1954. In 1964 the company name was changed to Greenall Whitley North Wales Ltd, when it was taken over by, and became the Welsh agency for Greenall Whitley. |
