| Description | Thomas de Bertuleg and Avicia, his wife, having granted to Master Simon, abbot of Chester and the convent there a bridge at Bebington and timber rights there for its maintenance, together with pasture and pannage, bind themselves to forfeit £20 to the lord of Cheshire and £40 to the abbot should they violate the grant.
