Bequeaths to wife Mary, parlour end and room above of his house in Upton late Keys or Maddocks, and choice of one garden. Desires £100 to be used to apprentice son John, to whom he gives his watch. Bequeaths instruments of surgery to son William if he follow surgery, otherwise to son Thomas. Household goods, shop, stock in trade, to be sold and invested to provide annuity of £25 to wife and remainder for maintenance of children Thomas, John and Kitty, who, on coming of age, shall each receive £300 and finally the residue. Devises to said 3 children Lower Heath Field in Upton, recommending its sale to William; to William mess. and lands(17a.) called New Hey, Kill [-] Waybys, Three Birches and the Lannacre in Upton, with successive remainder to Thomas, John, Kitty and children of late bro.
