Deed of Partition between George Ball and Robert Leen, of all those closes and parcels of land lying in Arrow, in their occupation, called Leonards Heyes (2½ acres), Younger Arrow (2½ ac.), Broad Arrow (5 acs.), the Quarryes alias Quarrells (5 ac.), Samuel Younges Arrow (2½ ac.), Gwyns Heyes (5 ac.), two other parcels (2½ ac.) lying next under Gwyns Heyes, Old Arrow (13 ac.), Leenes land (½ ac.), Leenes Arrow (4 ac.), Watts Arrow (3 ac.), Balls Arrow (3 ac.), Bennetts Arrow (3 ac.) and Merehill (2 ac.), purchased by George Ball and Robert Leen from Charles, Lord Gerrard, Baron of Gerrards Bromley co. Stafford, 18 February 1687 [-8], for £735. As concerning the said closes called Leonards Heyes, Younges Arrow, Broad Arrow, the Quarryes, Samuell Younges Arrow, Gwyns Heyes and the two other parcels lying under the same, all that part of Balls Arrow called Balls Lower Croft and all that part of Bennetts Arrow called Bennetts Higher Croft, to the use of George Ball; and as concerning the said closes called Old Arrow, Leenes Land, Leenes Arrow, Watts Arrow all that part of Balls Arrow called Balls Higher Croft, the Merehill, and all that part of Bennetts Arrow called Bennetts Lower Croft, to the use of Robert Leen. |
