Description | Lease for a year from Elizabeth Hiccock, widow and relict of Robert Hiccock later of Woodchurch in Worrall, gentleman, deceased, George Hiccock of the city of Chester, gentleman, only son of the said Robert by the said Elizabeth, and Anne Hiccock wife of the said George, to Robert Leen of Woodchurch, gentleman, of all that their manor or lordship in Worrall, and all the messuages, cottages, lands etc. in Woodchurch wherein the said Robert Hiccock had any estate of inheritance; except those closes or parcels of land, to wit, the Higher Long Meadow, the Long Accres, the next Little Accres adjoining to the Long Accres, and ¾ of an acre lying at the higher end of the Sandfield [Sandyfeild Hey in No. DRO 13/27], those five fields called the Cow Pastures distinguished by the several names of the New Hey, the Harebutt Hey, the two Broadgreaves and the Intack, being intended to be otherwise conveyed. |
