Chester, gentleman Eldest son and heir of Robert Hiccock late of Woodchurch, gentleman, deceased, and Maria Henrietta Hiccock sole daughter and heiress of George Hiccock, another son of the said Robert Hiccock by Elizabeth his second wife, to Robert Leen of Woodchurch, gentleman, of the moiety of the reversion (expectant upon the death of Peter Pemberton of the city of Chester, goldsmith) of all that 8th or other part of those messuages, cottages, lands etc. in Moreton and Hulse co. Chester, purchased by the said Robert Hiccock; and the reversion and inheritance of those closes and parcels of land in Woodchurch late the inheritance of the said Robert Hiccock, to wit, the Higher Long Meadow, the Long Accres, the next Little Accres adjoining to the Long Accres, and ¾ of an acre lying at the higher end of the Sandfield [Sandyfeild Hey in No. DRO 13/27], those five fields called the Cow Pastures distinguished by the several names of the New Hey, the Harebutt Hey, the two Broadgreaves and the Intack, being intended to be otherwise conveyed, after the death of Anne Dennis. |
