DescriptionIndenture between Thomas Gill of Tranmore, yeoman, of the 1st part, Sir Thomas Brooke of Norton co. Chester, Bart., of the 2nd part, and Samuel Leene of Woodchurch, gentleman, of the 3rd part. Assignment to Sir Thomas Brooke, in consideration of £200 paid to Thomas Gill, of the premises specified in Deed No. DRO 13/53; and in consideration of £100 paid to Samuel Leene - all those messuages and tenements of the said Samuel Leene in Woodchurch called Leenes Tenement and Watts Tenement, and all those closes or parcels of land in Woodchurch called Ashhey Loonds, Plummers Acres, Leenes or Little Acre Hey, the Crookes Loonds and Rotten Butt Hey, and Hiccocks Croft adjoining the said Leenes, all now in the occupation of the said Samuel Leene.
