Denbigh, clerk, and Sidney his wife, and Anne Foulkes of Llan Bedr, spinster, which said Sidney and Anne are the only children and coheirs of the said Dr. Humphrey Foulkes, of the 3rd part, the Rev. John Crookhall rector of Woodchurch, clerk, of the 4th part, and John Poole of Little Heaton co. Lanc., chapman, of the 5th part. Reciting Nos. DRO 13/62, 63, & DRO 13/84, and the premises are assigned to the said William Barker in trust for the Rev. John Crookhall, in consideration of £250 (remainder of £795) paid to the said William Greene, Sidney his wife and Anne Foulkes. |
