Faulkener Witnessed by - John Faulkener Jnr., John Jones endorsed with Memorandum 5 July 1822 To the effect that by the Indenture made 28 & 29 June 1822, the residue of the within mentioned term of 1000 years was surrendered by Betty Oakes to John Robin of West Kirby in the County of Chester, Esq., to merge in the inheritance of the same hereditaments. Signed by - William Hale Witnessed by - Jno. Peacock endorsed with further Memorandum 21 May 1825 To the effect that by the Indentures of Lease and release made 18 & 19 May 1825 the fields called the three Hulls Ditches were for a consideration conveyed by William Hale and Betty Oakes to John Robin of West Kirby, Esq., and that a term of 900 years affecting the above fields was assigned by John Faulkener to John Peacock of Liverpool, gentleman.
