DescriptionDeclarations by Josiah Day of Newton cum Larton in the County of Chester, yeoman and Thomas Parkinson of West Kirby in the County of Chester, yeoman That the former is the eldest son of that Josiah Day of Newton cum Larton named as one of the Trustees in the Will if William Littler of Frankby, deceased, with Joseph Gill as the other Trustee, and that the latter, Thomas Parkinson, married Mary Cookson daughter of William Littler, his other daughters, Margaret and Martha, marrying Richard Oxton and John Oberry, his daughter Ann remaining unmarried. Both Declarants state what they know of past transactions concerning the estate of William Littler in Frankby and Saughall Messey and Changes in the ownership thereof, noting that the field called the Birch Hey is now divided into the Lower Birch Hey and the Higher Birch Hey, and that the further Rye Hey is divided into the Pit Croft, the Corner Meadow and the Rye Hey.
