Both Declarants state what they know of past transactions concerning the estate of William Littler in Frankby and Saughall Messey and Changes in the ownership thereof, noting that the field called the Birch Hey is now divided into the Lower Birch Hey and the Higher Birch Hey, and that the further Rye Hey is divided into the Pit Croft, the Corner Meadow and the Rye Hey.
