Sec. of the Wirral Footpaths and Open Spaces preservation Society To North, Kirk and Cornett, Solicitors, Liverpool Proposing opposition to the diversion of roads and footpaths at Frankby unless certain conditions be fulfilled by Mr. Royden, namely that the new road and footpath be adequately signposted.
