The forged deed was a grant with feoffment of messuage and tenement in Chester and Stafford from William Ffayssayn' to Thomas Grosvenor and dated at Hulme Monday next after the feast of the Apostles Philip and Jacob Regnal year 5 Henry V [17 or 23 May 1417]
